Book or Change Breast Screening Appointment Request - Jarvis
The Breast Screening service is strictly by appointment only and screening appointments are booked a MAXIMUM OF 6 WEEKS in advance.
You can make a request to book, change or cancel your appointment via this website ONLY if:
- You have received an NHS breast screening appointment from the Jarvis Breast Screening Service and need to change or cancel this appointment.
- OR you have received a letter inviting you to make an appointment
- OR you have missed an NHS breast screening appointment from the Jarvis Breast Screening Service and you would like to request a new appointment.
- OR if you are over the age of 70 and it has been over 3 years since your last routine breast screening appointment.
In all other cases or if you have any questions please contact the screening office on Tel: 0333 200 2062 (9.00am - 5pm Monday – Friday)
We are making extra appointments available on a regular basis but if there are no available appointments shown below then you can still email us on inl.jarvisadmin@nhs.net, providing details of your NHS Number, the reference on top of your letter and your contact details. Please note, following your breast screening mammogram if you are invited to attend an assessment appointment, this is available at the Jarvis Breast Centre, Guildford only.
